No Motivation=Time to Write a RAP


Before I get into my exercise and eating... let me tell you my newest goal.
WRITE A RAP.
"Da Subway wRap"
"wRap it up"
"mm mm mm wRAP"
... feel free to give me a good name/good lines.
it's ABOUT TO BE DOPE.
once I get it written you know where to look (here) and once I get my camera working... MAYBE a VIDEO.
...any free video software advice would be appreciated. :)

Exercise
Let me break this down for you.

Last Tuesday: 4 year anniversary = no workout
Last Thursday: My birthday= no workout
Last Saturday: Friends visit = no workout
This Monday: HOME= no workout
This Tuesday: exhausted= no workout
Yesterday: sick= no workout

needless to say, it has almost been a week since I worked out... and we ALL KNOW I wasn't eating healthy... go figure. Literally... there GOes my FIGURE. tehe. so punny.

Last night I made Tuna Noodle Casserole.  MMMmmmmMmmm  my favorite.  but I ate A LOT of it... and then I had a snickers, and some combos... and milk. BAH.

Food
Breakfast: 2 poptarts
Lunch: Shakeology mmm
Dinner: Smart ones?  Salad? combos? (meh... we'll see won't we?)
