For those that know me... and don't...&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #76a5af;"&gt; I LOVE El Zarape&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, a Mexican&amp;nbsp;restaurant&amp;nbsp;in town that has amazing Margaritas. &amp;nbsp;My weakness is a nice FROZEN drink with chips and spicy food. &amp;nbsp;Chips and dip= the best thing in the world... mix it with margaritas ... I'm in heaven. &amp;nbsp;I honestly don't see a problem with me having this once a week... if it was the only thing I was splurging on (anyone else think splurge is a weird word?... SPLURGE... awkward.) &amp;nbsp;Any ways... my money is going to nonsense.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img alt="P1040882" src="http://blogs.bgsu.edu/emilyjt/files/2011/03/P1040882-150x150.jpg" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, here's a little challenge for myself:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: large;"&gt;I will NOT go to the store until I have to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;(this excludes drinks i.e. pop, wine, milk, juice, and fruits/veggies to make my juice). &amp;nbsp;Now, this is not a competition to see how much I can eat haha... because I COULD eat everything in about a week or 2... but I think the stuff I have could&amp;nbsp;literally&amp;nbsp;last a month or 2... that would save me about 100-200 dollars in the next month or two. &amp;nbsp;This will also mean packing my lunch for work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basically, this seems like common sense to most people... but I don't have that... OBVIOUSLY haha. &amp;nbsp;This has got to stop. &amp;nbsp;I am POOR people. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.hughesengines.com/Upload/genericParts/Prize_Money.jpg" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall this is what I will be doing:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;No shopping for food (I can get fruits/veggies for juicing/milk/pop/juice etc)&lt;br /&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Packing lunch for work/school&lt;br /&gt;3. Actually getting AND eating my 4 &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;free &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;6 inch subs I get each week for work&lt;br /&gt;4. REALLY limiting the amount of times I go out to eat eat week.&lt;br /&gt;5. Keep record of what I'm eating (for health and money reasons)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yep... I just didn't feel deprived. &amp;nbsp;It way great. &amp;nbsp;Some days I didn't even have my 3rd Shake, and I'm sure the amount of chicken I ate was more than 4 oz... and OKAY, I'll admit it, I had to have a can of Diet Dr. Pepper (it's a problem, I'm working on it) &amp;nbsp;That being said, I was surprised I lost as much weight as I did.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="238" src="http://i44.tinypic.com/2n4ns4.jpg" width="640" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been hovering at this weight for about 3 years. &amp;nbsp;I lose some, I gain some... it's usually&amp;nbsp;between&amp;nbsp;130-135. &amp;nbsp; About a year and a half ago I was down to 120... that lasted about a week (all stress related weight loss). &amp;nbsp;This time around... I'm a grad student and I don't feel like one.&lt;br /&gt;I have class &lt;b&gt;1 day a week &lt;/b&gt;(and one class once a month)... (3 classes in total)&lt;br /&gt;... We have our first paper due next&amp;nbsp;Wednesday... so I guess I should start it... but I have NO MOTIVATION.&lt;br /&gt;In the second class I'm in... the ONLY 2 assignments in the entire classes (1 presentation and 2 papers) are all due in DECEMBER... are you kidding me? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm a person that needs to be IN THE GROOVE. &amp;nbsp;This summer was hyper-speed... papers due every week.&lt;br /&gt;That's the way I stay motivated... there isn't TIME to procrastinate... ugh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #45818e; font-size: x-large;"&gt;BUT...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have starting &lt;b&gt;working out again.&lt;/b&gt; &amp;nbsp;I'm finally DONE being sick&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Friday I did :&lt;/b&gt; HIIT 20 TurboFire&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Saturday I did:&lt;/b&gt; Max Cardio Conditioning Insanity&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Today I did:&lt;/b&gt; Core Cardio and Balance and Cardio Abs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yes... I got this&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;... now I just have to eat better.&lt;br /&gt;Let me tell you what I ate yesterday&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 large bag of hot cheetos: 1800&lt;br /&gt;1 veggie burrito from Chipotle :1030 calories&lt;br /&gt;1 bag of chips from Chipotle: 570 calories&lt;br /&gt;1 block of cream cheese: 800&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #45818e; font-size: large;"&gt;Grand&amp;nbsp;Total: 4200 calories!! But, I SHOULD have practice about &lt;b&gt;120+ hours&lt;/b&gt;. &amp;nbsp;yes folks, my practice time was about &lt;b&gt;50% less &lt;/b&gt;than what it was supposed to be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now that you know all that nonsense... let me tell you how much practice time I gave to this audition...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A GRAND TOTAL OF&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-large;"&gt; 3-4 hours&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. &amp;nbsp;yes folks. &amp;nbsp;I WAS PREPARED.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="320" src="http://images.instagram.com/media/2011/09/12/ff49b0570bf5457e85c1c8c24f3e6d44_7.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;this is a picture of a violin ready to go head first into battle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #45818e; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Where did it go right?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;The piece I picked wasn't very hard&lt;br /&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Of the 2 orchestral excerpts I picked, I only had to play 1: THE EASIER ONE&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;There were a lot of lower notes which sound good on my violin and with my vibrato&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. The women in charge of auditions remembered me from 5th and 6th grade and told the director that I was the "shining star" of the orchestra... ya know, worked up my REP a bit.&lt;br /&gt;5. THEY NEED VIOLINISTS :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #45818e; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Where did it go wrong?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;The button on my sweater made my violin buzz&lt;br /&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;I was shaking so much that my bow moved over the bridge and was really&amp;nbsp;squeaky.&lt;br /&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Even though the piece was easy, it has been almost 4 years since I performed it.&lt;br /&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;The high notes? Let's not talk about it.&lt;br /&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;Remember when I said I was nervous? &amp;nbsp;YEAH... it showed. lot's of silly mistakes.&lt;br /&gt;6. &amp;nbsp;Remember when I said they said I was the "shining star"... well I wasn't during the audition... &lt;b&gt;AWKWARD&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;7. &amp;nbsp;Think back to elementary school. &amp;nbsp;Was there ever a kid that was just&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;AWKWARDLY&amp;nbsp;SMART&lt;/b&gt; or &lt;b&gt;AWKWARDLY &lt;/b&gt;good at something? &amp;nbsp;You know there was. &amp;nbsp;Well, that pre-pubescent kid played right before me and ROCKED it so freakin' hard... &lt;b&gt;AWKWARD&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://images.pictureshunt.com/pics/a/awkward_kid-1757.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="200" src="http://images.pictureshunt.com/pics/a/awkward_kid-1757.jpg" width="200" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basically... SOMETHING?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Food&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Breakfast&lt;/b&gt;: Chocolate Shakeology w/ peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lunch&lt;/b&gt;: Turkey w/ Provalone on wheat bread, pickles, and pita chips with hummas mmmmm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Din Din:&lt;/b&gt; (TBA) Salad?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="320" src="http://images.instagram.com/media/2011/09/06/e0d608a464c64da7901961ec6a8bfba8_7.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my lunch is photogenic. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Exercise&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MUST be back on track. &amp;nbsp;I have a week left of &lt;b&gt;Insanity &lt;/b&gt;(calendar-wise) but I've missed so many days with my crazy schedule that I'll probably finish up mid next week (I'm supposed to finish Saturday, but I have a few days to make up).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Insanity&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, I plan on starting &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;P90x&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I don't think I'm going to follow the rigid plan like I did with Insanity... look where missing a few days gets me. BEHIND (literally) and BEHIND (as in my BEHIND is getting huge... ha..) really though, if you don't allow yourself&amp;nbsp;leeway&amp;nbsp;you're going to set yourself up for&amp;nbsp;failure. &amp;nbsp;Plus, I know I'm going to want to do some &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Insanity &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;and &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Turbofire &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;on some days instead of P90x. &amp;nbsp;We'll see my friends, we'll see.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh, guess what world? &amp;nbsp;I GOT AN iPhone... and it's wonderful. &amp;nbsp;There's an app where you can milk a cow. &amp;nbsp;A little weird... and dare I say&amp;nbsp;&lt;i&gt;erotic;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;in a awkward sort of way. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No, I don't have a thing for cows... I HATE it. &amp;nbsp;I'd rather just take them outside but millipedes are on my small list of bugs I cannot save... they are too fast and have TOO MANY LEGS.&lt;br /&gt;...&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;R.I.P&lt;/b&gt;. Millipedes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For my birthday my boyfriend renewed my subscription to &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;BODYBUGG&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;...&lt;br /&gt;I got it for my birthday last year and my subscription ended in February...&lt;br /&gt;you wear it on your upper left arm and it calculates how many calories you burn, steps, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="296" src="http://www.productwiki.com/upload/images/bodybugg_1.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It said I only burned a little over 300 calories while doing Insanity this morning.&lt;br /&gt;my sweat begs to differ. tehe. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUT, I've also been told there is an "after burn" effect where I will burn more calories throughout the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;... I'll get back to you on that one. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #76a5af; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Food&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So far, I've had a lot of &lt;b&gt;hot&amp;nbsp;Cheetos.&lt;/b&gt; &amp;nbsp;I'm not proud of that. but i's my birthday... LEAVE ME ALONE... I've been good the past few days.&lt;br /&gt;...and I didn't bring a lunch to work because I was running late this morning (my shakeology packets are at the post office... once I have those... NO EXCUSE. Can't wait to just have that for lunch everyday. so much easier..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;BTW&lt;/b&gt;: &amp;nbsp;Totally won a&lt;b&gt; free packet of Shakeology&lt;/b&gt; when listening in on a New Coach Call... because I'm so WITTY... baha... EW. &amp;nbsp;I can't even IMAGINE haha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My mom brought home a kitten on Thursday. &amp;nbsp;Her name is Maisie (may-zee) and she's absolutely adorable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="320" src="http://oi55.tinypic.com/zilk04.jpg" width="205" /&gt;&lt;img height="320" src="http://oi56.tinypic.com/2nuf6s.jpg" width="240" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Her fur was cut and shaved. &amp;nbsp;When we took her to the vet, they said she probably got into sap because they pulled a lot of pine needles from her fur too. &amp;nbsp;Her tail is actually pretty pathetic. &amp;nbsp;But seriously she is ADORABLE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was so hard to leave her this morning to go to work. &amp;nbsp;I know she won't be as small the next time I see her, and her fur will have gotten longer. She cuddled with me every night and was always curled up next to me. &amp;nbsp;What a sweetheart. &amp;nbsp;I hope she loves me as much when I come home next.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Exercise&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am definitely NOT looking forward to tonight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fit test &lt;b&gt;AND &lt;/b&gt;Max Interval circuit. &amp;nbsp;That's an hour and a half workout... and I'll have to do it AFTER dinner because I'm eating with my boyfriend's parents right after work today. &amp;nbsp;Worst part? &amp;nbsp;I'll have to wake up in the morning and work out AGAIN. &amp;nbsp;I'm definitely going to hate my life... Insanity 2.5 hours in a 12 hour time frame.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;pst:&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;I skipped my Saturday workout. &amp;nbsp;But at least it was an easier one "Core Cardio and Balance". &amp;nbsp;It's the workout that you do the entire recovery week so it's definitely not as intense. &amp;nbsp;I'll probably do it next Sunday on my "off day"... so that way, I really DIDN'T miss it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Food&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let's just say that I had the worst hangover EVER on Sunday. &amp;nbsp;It wasn't fun at all. &amp;nbsp;Apparently drinks are stronger in Toledo. &amp;nbsp;We'll leave it at that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whenever I go home, I always end up getting lunch with friends and catching up... So there was a lot of&amp;nbsp;restaurant&amp;nbsp;eating... and it wasn't healthy either.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for today?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Breakfast&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; hummas and pita bread&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lunch&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;/span&gt; forgot to pack it... That's all I have to say about my eating today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Food:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We had a potluck at work.&lt;br /&gt;Me&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;+&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;no self control&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;+&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/span&gt;love of food&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;= &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;bad mojo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CHECK OUT MY COLORFUL MEAL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="240" src="http://oi54.tinypic.com/2pyb2i0.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img height="240" src="http://oi53.tinypic.com/10p1zk6.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NOT&lt;br /&gt;Someone saw me eating all that and said&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: large;"&gt;"it's going to catch up with you girl"&lt;/span&gt;...&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I refuse to make that statement true.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Man, seeing pictures of that makes me realize how disgusting that is. &amp;nbsp;Look at all that brown. &amp;nbsp;I'm not proud.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, I did have my &lt;b&gt;Shakeology &lt;/b&gt;for breakfast, so it's not all horrible. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My boyfriend and I may be going to &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;El Zarape&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; to celebrate his raise. &amp;nbsp;WOOT WOOT.. bad mojo for food though.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Exercise&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today is Max Recovery day with Insanity. And because of the storm last night, I didn't get to bed until about midnight-1am. I usually have to wake up at 6:30 to get my workout done by 7:30 and leave the house by 8:15... I didn't get until 7:30am. &amp;nbsp;WHOOPS. &amp;nbsp;hopefully I'll do it tonight if not, I'll have to do it on Sunday which is usually the "off day". &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have to keep telling myself that just&amp;nbsp;because&amp;nbsp;I can't get a workout in one day... it's not a lost cause. &amp;nbsp;MAKE IT WORK. &amp;nbsp;Change your schedule&amp;nbsp;around. &amp;nbsp;it's only an hour and a half of your time (workout and shower).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Update:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A student of my mom's brought a homeless cat to her office. &amp;nbsp;She is taking it to the vet today. &amp;nbsp;Apparently it has been shaved, and is really thin. &amp;nbsp;If all is well... We'll have a new cat in our family.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love cats (see top of this page)... BUT&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;2nd class&lt;/b&gt;: I&lt;u&gt;ssues in Higher Education&lt;/u&gt;(umm 7000 level (yes, count it... 7000) class? &amp;nbsp;I didn't even think that was possible. &amp;nbsp;It's a docorate class. &amp;nbsp;Ya know, for people working on their PhD. &amp;nbsp;Yes, there are graduate students in the class as well... let's just say I'm scared.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;... it made me feel like this&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/iR6L256VyFQ" width="420"&gt;&lt;/iframe&gt;&lt;br /&gt;shout of to Kris for this adorable "sad" kitty... &amp;nbsp;If I'm ever sad, this would be music I would have as the soundtrack&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Food&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay, so I'm going to TRY to take pictures of what I eat. &amp;nbsp;Not because I'm obsessive, but because sometimes I eat WAY more (through snacking and what not)... so I figure if I do that, at least if I gain weight... I know why :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Breakfast: &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Tuna Noodle Casserole and a glass of milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;img height="320" src="http://oi55.tinypic.com/sboiuu.jpg" width="240" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Lunch&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nachos... whoops ;) lol&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;img height="240" src="http://oi52.tinypic.com/2jbun1u.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Dinner:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Forgot a picture already... WHOOPS) String cheese, tuna noodle casserole, and salad with lite dressing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The quality of the pictures isn't great. &amp;nbsp;I'll work on it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Exercise&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm on &lt;b&gt;DAY 45&lt;/b&gt; of Insanity. &amp;nbsp;I have less than 3 weeks left. &amp;nbsp;15 workouts left. AH. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those of you that don't know what this workout is...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cSccVzdYhmI" width="420"&gt;&lt;/iframe&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You know when you see the fine print and it says "results not typical" &amp;nbsp;I certainly haven't had as great of results as the people in the video thus far. &amp;nbsp;BUT I FEEL GREAT and I've never felt so accomplished. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I work out 6 days a week! &amp;nbsp;Have you ever filled out applications about your&amp;nbsp;activity? &amp;nbsp;I'm on the high end now. &amp;nbsp;I'm considered ACTIVE! &amp;nbsp;That's such a great feeling to know I'm finally doing something good for my body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #a2c4c9; font-size: x-large;"&gt;Updates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to purchase more Shakeology today. &amp;nbsp;This stuff is seriously more nutritious than a salad but tastes like a dessert. &amp;nbsp;Seriously, it's like an awesome chocolate shake that I don't ever feel&amp;nbsp;guilty&amp;nbsp;about having. &amp;nbsp;It's probably the most nutrituous thing I own... but I'm almost out :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Because I just signed up as a Beachbody Coach, I get a discount on all the products. &amp;nbsp;Shakeology, plus the monthly fee to be a coach costs less for me NOW than it would if I weren't an Independent Beachbody Coach. &amp;nbsp;At get this... I went from a size zero to a size 5 and gained about 20 pounds. &amp;nbsp;At 5' 3" I was around 115 pounds throughout high school. I usually worked out 5 times a day at the local YMCA, I was terrified of gaining weight... but I loved to eat. &amp;nbsp;AWESOME.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;When I started college, I gained the SOPHOMORE 10... or 15... maybe 20. &amp;nbsp;I don't want to talk about it. &amp;nbsp;Somehow I avoided my freshman year but after my father passed away, I lost control of my eating habits. &amp;nbsp;I'm a fairly active person but I didn't make a habit of going to the gym. &amp;nbsp;And man, I LOVE TO EAT. &amp;nbsp;That's what gets me. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Then, one summer, I came across Turbo Kick at my local gym and I was HOOKED. &amp;nbsp;Soon after I bought Turbo Jam. &amp;nbsp;But, once I went back to school... workout? &amp;nbsp;NO THANKS. &amp;nbsp;For the next 3 years my weight went between 120-140. &amp;nbsp;Let's just say... for a short girl, that's not fun at ALL. &amp;nbsp;I bought Insanity my senior year, but sprained my ankle soon after, and I wasn't able to continue with it.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #9cc2b8; font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Now&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Then I graduated college and moved into an apartment where I couldn't even WALK without people complaining about the noise. &amp;nbsp;Needless to say, I didn't work out for over &amp;nbsp;year. &amp;nbsp;Excuses and more excuses. &amp;nbsp;Weight going up and weight going down. &amp;nbsp;I was miserable.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;In July 2011, I moved into an apartment with my best friend, and boyfriend. &amp;nbsp;We decided that once we were unpacked, we were going to commit the next 63 days to our fitness...
